Bolt: Request a Ride saw a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting at around 44.2K in late September and dipping to approximately 29.8K by mid-November. However, the app experienced a resurgence, peaking at about 41.9K in the week of December 20. Weekly active users also varied, beginning at 783K in late September and reaching a high of 896K in late October before gradually declining to 746K by the end of December.
Yango: taxi, food, delivery showed a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting from 8.5K in late September and peaking at around 16.1K in mid-December. Active users followed a similar trend, beginning at 33.3K and reaching approximately 41.6K by mid-December.
Uber - Request a ride experienced stable weekly downloads, starting at around 8.4K in late September, with minor fluctuations, and peaking at approximately 10.9K in late December. Active users remained relatively steady, beginning at 398K and maintaining around 395K to 417K throughout the quarter.
inDrive. Save on city rides had a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting from just 28 in late September and peaking at around 7.8K by late October. Active users followed a growing trend, starting at 4.8K and reaching nearly 20K by the end of December.
Shaxi Driver, a newcomer in December 2021, saw a strong start with 48.5K downloads in its first week, followed by a significant drop to around 806 by the end of the month. The data for active users was not available for this period.
